Gary L. Lilien, PhD
Co-founder

Dr. Lilien is Distinguished Research Professor of Management Science and former Chairman of the Management Science Department. He is also co-founder and Research Director of the Institute for the Study of Business Markets, the world's leading institution focusing on fostering research in nonconsumer markets.

Dr. Lilien's research interests are in marketing engineering, market segmentation, new product modeling and marketing-mix issues for business products, bargaining and negotiations in business markets, modeling the industrial buying process, and innovation diffusion modeling.

Dr. Lilien is the author or co-author of twelve books (including Marketing Models with Phil Kotler and Marketing Engineering with Arvind Rangaswamy) and over 80 professional articles primarily in the areas of industrial marketing, new product development, marketing models, and bargaining theory.

Arvind Rangaswamy, PhD
Co-founder

Arvind Rangaswamy is the Jonas H. Anchel Professor of Marketing at Penn State, where he is also the Research Director of the Center for Digital Transformation (www.smeal.psu.edu/cdt).

He received a PhD in marketing from Northwestern University, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Before joining Penn State, he was a faculty member at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

He has been a consultant to several companies in the areas of marketing analytics and online marketing. His most recent consulting and speaking engagements have been at companies such as IBM Global Services, McNeil Labs, Pfizer, SAP Americas, UCB Group, and Unisys. Allan Darr, M.B.A.
Chief Executive Officer, Business Development

Allan Darr is a State College-based entrepreneur with well-established companies in market research and medical devices/software sold worldwide. He has been a major principal in 7 successful startups over the past 15 years. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he held progressively more responsible positions in engineering, manufacturing plant and division management at General Motors, TRW and Valeo. His education includes a BS Industrial Engineering, Penn State and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, where he was entrepreneur of the year.

Andrew Stollak
Chief Technology Officer

Andrew (Nuke) Stollak has been with DecisionPro since 1994. He leads the Software Development team in keeping our Marketing Engineering products world-class. His education includes a BS in Computer Science from Penn State, where he continues to explore and develop marketing engineering analytics.

Michael Clitherow, M.B.A.
VP, Product Development

Michael Clitherow leads our Product Development team in the evolution of product offerings to provide world class analytics to the marketing research community.  Prior to joining DecisionPro, he held various software and division management positions at Bell Laboratories and AT&T.  He holds a BS and MBA from Rutgers University.

Arnaud De Bruyn, PhD
Senior Consultant

Arnaud De Bruyn is Assistant Professor of Marketing at ESSEC Business School (Paris, France), and Associate Program Director at the Institute for the Study of Business Markets (Penn State University). His research interests, teaching experience and consulting practice are at the frontier of marketing, operations research and information technologies, particularly in the domains of customer relationship management (CRM), database and direct marketing, and marketing engineering. His recent consulting engagements include the French Postal Services, Ernst & Young, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, the Red Cross, and the Salvation Army.
