• Before proceeding, make sure you have an account set up on the ME Cloud server (this is different than your DecisionPro.biz website account).

  • If you have a Windows software License ID provided by your university (8 digits starting with 61...), you may convert your license to an ME Cloud access account.
  • If you do not already have a Windows software License ID, you will need to purchase access to the ME Cloud. 
  • Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours to have your account setup on the ME Cloud server after the request or purchase.

System Requirements

Connection to the ME Cloud server is made through your web browser. An HTML5-capable browser is required and you must have cookies enabled.

HTML5-capable browsers including, but not limited to:

• IE10, or IE 9 connecting through Ericom Secure Gateway, or IE6 and higher with Google Chrome Frame

Note: Some SSL VPNs may prevent some browsers from connecting, even if they are listed in the section above.
