During some support issues, DecisionPro will need to remotely login to your computer to diagnose the problem you are experiencing. DecisionPro uses the TeamViewer application to access your computer.
Continue only if directed by the DecisionPro Support Staff.
Before your scheduled remote session, please download and install the TeamViewer application.
You will be contacted via phone or Skype before the remote session is conducted. We will not be able to access your computer without your authorization.
Notes:
- TeamViewer allows us to connect with your machine and view your desktop to investigate issues regarding our Marketing Engineering software.
- TeamViewer is used in conjunction with a pre-arranged support session with one of our support technicians. Before we are able to connect to your computer, you will need to provide us with unique codes provided by the TeamViewer software.
